Facade Wall Panels
Our Facade Wall Panel is the result of a modification to our concealed fix wall panels and it provides Aluminum Composite Panel clients with an alternative product which offers thermal insulation and fire properties with an outstanding aesthetic appeal.
Tiger Facade panels are an innovation through which we have aimed at providing Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) clients with an alternative product that provides thermal insulation and fire properties with an outstanding aesthetic appeal in one panel instead of with a layered build up as is typical with ACP applications.
Our Facade panel is the result of a modification to our concealed fix wall panels. Having been outfitted with a groove and enfolds to the ends of the panels, our facade panels are fully designed to mimic the look and feel of ACP panels.
Fixed horizontally or vertically, our panels not only provide much needed architectural solutions to the market, but also provide outstanding resistance to fire, as evident in the fact that we may be the only company in the region’s whose panels have both horizontally and vertically successfully passed the stringent NFPA 285* as a mandated test by Dubai Civil Defense.
Characteristics of our Facade Panels:In addition to their aesthetic appeal, our panels are environmentally friendly and ensure premium thermal insulation and fire resistance properties while providing unparalleled visual appeal to any premium building envelope.
Our panels are available with a range of insulation options as follows:
As part of our commitment to the environment and our Corporate Social Responsibility, we have endeavored to ensure that we only utilize environmentally approved N-pentane blowing agents that have been officially recognized to have ZERO Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and Global Warming Potential (GWP) less than eleven.
Besides being weather tight, and the core approved by Dubai Central Laboratory our panels are tested and/or classified as:**NFPA 285 is a Standard Fire Test Method for Evaluation of Fire Propagation Characteristics of Exterior Non-Load-Bearing Wall Assemblies Containing Combustible Components.
